Tutoring Sessions
For one-on-one tutoring sessions, our standard refund rules are:
- 100% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
- 50% refund if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
- No refund if you do not attend a booked session and provide no notice.
Digital Products
Digital resources (for example, practice exams or study guides) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
- No refunds are available after checkout unless a valid reason is provided (for example, duplicate purchase or technical issue preventing access).

How We Assess Refund Requests
All refund requests are assessed fairly, with consideration for:
- The nature of the product or service.
- The timing of your request relative to the scheduled session or purchase date.
- Any technical or access issues beyond your control.
